Our classes are a great way to get in a virtual workout while staying connected to other cyclists and be accountable during this time where indoor fitness classes are not available or safe. We offer group cycling workouts delivered virtually via the TrainerRoad App.
These virtual workouts not only will help get you fit and stay fit they provide an opportunity to CONNECT in REAL TIME with REAL PEOPLE. You can talk to each other during the workout, you get live feedback from our coaches during the workout and we play music during the workout to keep you motivated. And with the TrainerRoad group workout feature and our library of over 120 custom workouts you can do a group workout anytime with anyone in the group.
The workouts are written by Coach Anne and will be used for all online cycling classes following a periodized schedule over the course of the fall and winter months. These personalized workouts are tailored to your particular training zones and needs. These workouts are great for any level of cyclist from fitness enthusiast to racer and are guaranteed to get you stronger for your spring and summer season.
